The Nightstand Kit

Three things between you and a full night.

Light, noise, and a restless mind each wake you a different way. The kit shuts down all three — sold together, because fixing one and ignoring the others is why you're still awake.

You're awake again

  • The streetlight through the gap in the curtain.Your eyelids don't block light — they filter it orange. Your brain still reads it as morning and starts winding melatonin down.
  • Someone in the next room, or the next bed.Snoring sits between 50 and 90 decibels. A closed door takes off about 20. That is not enough, which you already know.
  • The silence you can hear your own thoughts in.Block everything and the room gets loud a different way. The fix isn't more silence — it's something else to listen to.

What's in the kit

Each piece closes one door.

These aren't sold separately, and that's deliberate. A sleep mask alone leaves the snoring. Earplugs alone leave the light. The kit is the whole fix.

Blocks — light

Memory Foam Blackout Mask

Slow-rebound memory foam moulds to your face instead of pressing on it. The contoured cups sit around the eyes, so there's no pressure on your lids and no gap at the bridge of your nose.

Blocks — noise

32dB Silicone Earplugs

A double-layered umbrella seal in soft silicone, rated to 32dB — enough to take snoring down to a murmur. Dual-frequency filtering means voices and traffic drop away without that blocked-up pressure feeling.

Replaces — the noise you can't block

Side-Sleeper Headband

Speakers thin enough to lie on, set into a soft knit band that doesn't slide off overnight. For the nights when blocking sound isn't enough and you need something to put in its place.

Why it ships as one kit

Sleep doesn't break in one place.

01

Light gets in first

Even eyes-closed, light suppresses melatonin. Mask it and the other two fixes actually get a chance to work.

02

Sound gets in second

Earplugs take the edge off the sudden noises — the door, the dog, the person beside you — that pull you out of deep sleep without fully waking you.

03

Your head does the rest

When it's dark and quiet and you're still awake, the headband gives your attention somewhere to go that isn't tomorrow's to-do list.

Two ways in

Add the room, or just the bed.

The kit handles you. The machine handles the room around you — useful if it's traffic, thin walls, or a partner who's up later than you are.

Before you order

The questions worth answering.

How long does delivery take?

Roughly 8 days to most US addresses, tracked the whole way. Your kit ships from our fulfilment partner in separate parcels — the mask, earplugs, and headband may land on different days rather than in one box. If that matters for a gift, order with a week of margin.

Can I buy just the mask, or just the earplugs?

No — the kit only sells as a set. Each piece handles a different reason people wake up, and the ones we'd sell alone are the ones most likely to disappoint on their own.

Will the earplugs hurt if I sleep on my side?

They're soft silicone with a double-layered umbrella seal rather than expanding foam, so they sit shallow enough to lie on and don't push outward as you turn. Side-sleeping is the case they're designed around — same for the headband, which uses flat speakers instead of anything that protrudes.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Sleep through 30 nights with it. If you're not sleeping better, contact us for a return — hygiene items included, we'd rather know it didn't work than keep your money.

How do I charge the headband?

USB, one to two hours for a full charge, and eight to ten hours of playback on the manufacturer's rating — enough for a full night with margin. It pairs like any Bluetooth headphone.
